As part of the ISO procedures we have put in place at IPD, we will strive to continuously improve all aspects of our company. This includes better communications and input from our customer’s world wide. We would appreciate and welcome the feedback you can offer us by taking a few minutes and responding to the questions we have listed below. These were developed to address the areas of IPD that most impact our service to our customers and industry. We thank you in advance for taking this time with us.

1) We feel that to compete with the OEM, you must receive from IPD the best Customer Service possible. Where would you feel we rank compared to other aftermarket and OEM suppliers as far as the service that you receive from our Customer Service Representatives when requesting quotes, information or placing orders? 2) IPD offers over 9,000 items for Caterpillar Engine Applications. Our objective is to stock the most popular at each of our 5 branch locations world-wide with less frequently requested, slower moving items available from Torrance California. How do you feel we are doing supporting your daily needs on items that we offer?

4) Another important issue for IPD is Sales & Marketing support to our Distributors that wish to aggressively pursue more business. Where do you feel we rank compared to others in the Heavy Duty Engine Aftermarket in overall sales and marketing? This would include face to face contact, product packaging, printed materials, promotional materials and advertising.
