IPD continues to increase service and support levels to its Key Distributors
by offering a new Group within the company that will focus on Distributor needs.
This group is staffed by IPD persons with many years experience and will include
Technical and Warranty Support, Customer Communications, Product Development
and Application issues.
One of the first accomplishments by this group
is the addition of an On-Line Warranty Submission Form now available
under the Authorized Distributor button on the companies’ recently
updated Web Site www.ipdparts.com. IPD Distributors will now be
able to email the warranty desk in advance of sending the products
to await instructions on how to proceed. For more information please contact
