1) Technical support email Hot Line:
Now available for Authorized IPD Distributors is a quick new way to contact the IPD Technical and Customer Support Group with any questions or problems you may have that are technical in nature. Access to this feature is behind the "Distributor Only" Button on the IPD web page. After entering your password, click on the Technical Support button

2) Warranty Submission: Also previously announced is the new On-Line Warranty Submission form. You can get a quick reply on how to proceed with an IPD warranty claim by placing your mouse over the "Distributor Only" Button and selecting Warranty Submission.

3) Return Goods Authorization:
IPD Distributors that need to return products can now request an RGA number on line at the IPD web page by placing your mouse over the "Distributor Only" Button and selecting Return Goods Authorization. The request will be received at your designated IPD Warehouse for review. A copy of the IPD Return Goods Policy and requirements is also available on the Services Page under the Distributor Only button.

IPD EXHIBITING AT THE IDA CONVENTION:
