IPD continues our efforts to not only provide new products for the latest engine models that you work on, but also to continually round out our line by offering additional popular engines not previously offered by IPD. This month we announce our new line of IPD products for the 3064 / 3066 Caterpillar® engines. While originally produced for Caterpillar® by Mitsubishi®, these engines are popular in Caterpillar® excavators around the world. Additionally, we have added more products to our Cummins® ISX/QSX and Detroit Diesel® 60 series offerings.

IPD Feature Product: ANNOUNCING IPD FOR CATERPILLAR® 3064/3066 DIESEL ENGINES

IPD is pleased to announce the addition of eleven new items to our exciting new ISX/QSX product line, below you will find a sampling of a few featured items:

Our product line now includes the most popular items for an engine rebuild such as:

• In-frame kits utilizing our patent pending IPDSteel™ one piece piston
• Main, connecting rod and camshaft bearings
• Valve train components and injector sleeves

IPD New Products: IPD DETROIT DIESEL® 60 SERIES 12L "BASIC" ENGINE OVERHAUL KITS ADDED TO PRODUCT LINE

IPD recently released a "Basic" DD60 overhaul kit to offer our customers a more economical kit if needed. The product offering in our "Basic" is similar to our "COMPLETE" kits, however we have removed the cylinder head bolts and the camshaft bushings.

"BASIC" kit content will include: Cylinder kits, rod and main bearings, injector o-rings and either cylinder head gasket set (in-frame) or overhaul gasket set (out of frame).

IPD "BASIC" engine overhaul kits:

• In-frame overhaul kit: IFB2561/33 (Low Compression)
• In-frame overhaul kit: IFB2562/33 (High Compression)
• Out of frame overhaul kit: OFB2561/32 (Low Compression)
• Out of frame overhaul kit: OFB2562/32 (High Compression)

Also still available:

IPD "COMPLETE" kit will include all the above in addition to the cylinder head bolts and the camshaft bushings.

• In-frame overhaul kit: IF2561/33 (Low Compression)
• In-frame overhaul kit: IF2562/33 (High Compression)

IPD New Products: IPD CONNECTING ROD BOLTS AND NUTS FOR 3304/3306, 3406, 3408, 3412 (A, B AND C) ENGINES

Due to the age of these engines, connecting rod bolt and nut replacement is becoming a very common practice during engine overhaul. IPD has received numerous requests for high quality bolts and nuts for the following applications listed below due to the current poor quality nuts and bolts available in the aftermarket today. As a result, we now are pleased to offer our customers IPD
quality bolts and nuts for these applications:

3304 / 3306:	1P9956 bolt 5S6348 nut
3406 / 3408 / 3412 (A, B and early C model):	6N8942 bolt 8L3441 nut

Our nuts and bolts must complete an extensive quality control process, which includes 28 checks on the bolt and 13 on the nut.
